The numerous stairs are a real headache!!! Having more flexible dining options would be appreciated!!! The noise from nearby rooms can disrupt your peace. It's also disappointing that there's no gym or pool. a missed opportunity for a four-star hotel!!!

staying at british house was fantastic! the shuttle service to the airport was super convenient. my room was spotless and the bed felt heavenly. the staff were so welcoming and friendly, truly the nicest people. it was easy to check in and out, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Enjoying delicious freshly cooked breakfasts each morning set the perfect tone for the day. Fast Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected. However, I noticed a minor issue with the elevator being a bit slow during peak hours, which required some patience. Although it didn’t hamper my experience, it was a slight inconvenience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was delightful, with a variety of options that catered to both adults and kids. Plus, the location was convenient, making it easy to explore Tbilisi.

Just came back from a night here and I'm in love with the place! The building is super charming and the views are beautiful. Breakfast was to die for, especially those fresh pastries. Only thing I noticed was that the Wi-Fi could've been faster. Staff were super nice, making everything feel so welcoming.

During my stay, I was really impressed when they offered me a cup of tea and a snack upon arrival, which made me feel instantly welcomed, like I was stepping into a friend's home. The breakfast was another highlight, with eggs cooked to order and a variety of delicious local dishes that truly started my day right.
